We expect that during the studying process our students:
- receive the knowledge of the basis of theological subjects;
- are confirmed in their devotion to serve the Lord, His Kingdom and society;
- grow in their likeness with Christ and that will be visible in their way of living;
- obtain a better understanding of themselves and their personal and spiritual place in the church;
- will work out a clear, Bible based position concerning the phenomenon and processes that take place in the modern world;
- will increase the level of their intellectual, social, esthetic development;
- they will develop in their mental and professional abilities of Christian leader, acquire habits of spiritual discipline and self-discipline;
- will develop communicative abilities knowing how to share thoughts clearly and convincingly, how to listen to and to understand your opponent and how to behave in conflict situations;
- will enrich their experience in ministry through the practical part of the schooling process
