Chaplains in Lugansk

Chaplains in Lugansk You'd like to study but you don't have opportunity to come to us. If it describes your situation then we have a good news for you - you may study at home. TCI has admitted a group of "Chaplains" in Lugansk (a city in the Eastern Ukraine). We have 12 students there, they don't come to TCI instead TCI Professors go and teach them in their home city. Our students in Lugansk have already had their first class and in February Pavel Smolyakov will teach them "Bible Doctrines".
